Dr Nicole Canham is a Lecturer in classical performance and career development at Monash University, with dual expertise as a musician and academic. She specializes in musicians' career development, precarious work, and gender equity in the arts. Her research bridges vocational psychology and music careers, informed by her experiences as a performer, festival director, and educator. Canham holds a PhD from the University of Queensland and has presented globally at ISME and Reflective Conservatoire Conferences.
