Nicole Beesley is a Lecturer in Paramedicine at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Health. With over 15 years of pre-hospital emergency care experience across Queensland and Victoria, she maintains clinical practice as an ACPII with Queensland Ambulance Service.
Her research focuses on paramedic psychological wellbeing and resilience. As academic lead for Work Integrated Learning, she oversees clinical placements and serves as liaison for paramedicine programs.
Beesley holds dual registration as a Paramedic and Physician Assistant, with fellowships from the Australasian College of Paramedic Practitioners and Higher Education Academy.
