Nicolas Hübner

Nicolas Hübner is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education, University of Tübingen. He holds a PhD from the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology (2017) and completed studies in Psychology and Education Sciences at the Universities of Erfurt, Jyväskylä (Finland), and Tübingen. He is a Bradshaw Fellow at Durham University (2019) and a member of the College for Interdisciplinary Educational Research (CIDER). His research focuses on student assessment, educational policy reforms, and teacher professional development, employing advanced quantitative methods like longitudinal structural equation modeling and multilevel analysis.
