Prof. Niclas Schaper is a Transformation and Education Professor at the University of Paderborn, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. He serves as Head of Subject in the Department of Psychology, specializing in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie (Work and Organizational Psychology). Since October 2006, he has been the Director of the Institute for Human Sciences. His roles include Prodekan für Studiengangsentwicklung (Deanship for Curriculum Development), Quality Management, and International Affairs.
Research focuses on organizational psychology, corporate knowledge networks, and education transformation. Notable projects include the EU-funded 'CORONET' initiative (2000-2003) and the current 'SMART-EAT: Gesünder.IN.NRW' project. He has held editorial roles at journals like Zeitschrift für Personalpsychologie and serves as a reviewer for DFG, FWF, and international psychology publications.
