Professor Nick Wilton is Dean of Oxford Brookes Business School and a specialist in graduate employability and labour market dynamics. His research examines the relationship between higher education and workforce development, with particular focus on career management competencies.
Education: BA (Hons), MPhil, PhD. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and Chartered Member of the CIPD. His current projects investigate career decision-making processes and employer perspectives on graduate attributes. Professor Wilton has published extensively on skills development through work-integrated learning.
