Dr Nick Halafihi is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Subject for Leadership Governance and People Management at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University. He serves as Director of Global Engagement and oversees Learning and Teaching, the Retail Institute, and the Leadership Centre.
His research interests focus on pedagogy, student employability, e-learning, and corporate governance, informed by his Ed D thesis exploring Bourdieu's Culture Capital theory in higher education. Recent conference contributions examine curriculum innovation, peer coaching, and personal development.
