Nicholas Eubank

Nicholas Eubank is an Assistant Research Professor in Political Science at Duke University, affiliated with the Social Science Research Institute (SSRI) and the Rhodes Information Initiative. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University (2016). His research focuses on political accountability mechanisms, including gerrymandering, social networks, election administration, and the interplay between race and incarceration. Eubank's work has been published in top journals like the American Political Science Review and Quarterly Journal of Political Science. He has received awards including the Dudley Seers Prize (2012) and the Political Ties Award (2021).

Teaching responsibilities include courses in the Duke Masters in Interdisciplinary Data Science program (MIDS), such as Practical Data Science (IDS 720) and Solving Real Problems with Data (IDS 701).
