William Eubank is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Nevada, Reno's College of Liberal Arts. With advanced degrees from the University of Houston (BS 1967, MA 1969) and PhD from the University of Oregon (1978), his career includes evaluation design and analysis work at research institutes prior to academic appointments. Eubank teaches courses spanning Constitutional law, rights and liberties, political parties/elections, judicial process, public opinion, political psychology, and research methodology.
