Nghia Tran is a Research Fellow at the ANU College of Business and Economics, Australian National University (ANU). His academic background includes a PhD in Higher Education Studies (University of Melbourne, 2016), a Master's in Lifelong Learning Policy and Management (Erasmus Mundus Program, 2009), and a Bachelor's in Education from Can Tho University, Vietnam (2004). His research focuses on graduate employability, work-integrated learning, international education, and teacher education, with a particular emphasis on Vietnam and Australia.
Tran has authored/co-authored over 50 publications, addressing topics such as employability capitals, curriculum development, and assessment challenges in work-integrated learning. His work often employs qualitative methods to explore how educational policies and practices impact student outcomes, particularly in rapidly evolving global contexts.
