Neil Graney is an Associate Professor at the Durham University Business School, where he has served since 2016. Prior to joining Durham, he taught at Northumbria University and the University of Manchester. As Programme Director of Undergraduate Programmes in Business and Management, he specializes in curriculum development aligned with AMBA, EQUIS, and AACSB accreditation standards, delivering teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA modules.
His research focuses on removing barriers to effective learning, particularly through enhancing student mental health and psychological well-being. He also explores intersections between Mental Health and Well-being in Elite Sport Organizations, Higher Education, and Global Sport Business. Graney's recent work includes collaborations on tourism planning and destination image measurement in the Middle East and GCC countries.
