Neha Prashar is a Research Fellow at the Enterprise Research Centre and Lecturer in Economics and International Business at Aston Business School, Aston University. Her research focuses on development economics, labour economics, and policy analysis with a particular emphasis on SMEs, scale-ups, and high-growth firms. She previously contributed to crime policy research at the University of Birmingham and holds a PhD analyzing affirmative action policies in India and their socio-economic impacts.
