Neha Jain

Neha Jain is a Professor of Law at the Pritzker School of Law and Deputy Director of the Northwestern Buffett Institute for Global Affairs. She joined Northwestern in 2023 after serving as Professor of Public International Law and Co-Director of the Academy of European Law at the European University Institute. Jain also holds a permanent visiting professorship at MOBILE, the Danish National Research Foundation’s Center for Excellence for Global Mobility Law at the University of Copenhagen.
