Dr Ndibarafinia Tobin is a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying at the University of the West of England (UWE), affiliated with the Faculty of Environment and Technology (FET) and Department of Architecture & Built Environment. His academic journey includes a PhD in the Built Environment and recognition as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).
