Roy Hills

Roy Hills is a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying at the School of Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Science, University of Greenwich. He brings extensive academic and industry experience as a former Chartered Quantity Surveyor and former Fellow of RICS.

Research Interests

His scholarly work focuses on the commercial and contractual dimensions of quantity surveying within construction, alongside project management frameworks such as APM(P) and MSP. He has developed and led core QS curricula in further and higher education environments.
