Nathan Dodge is a Lecturer I in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), affiliated with the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science. He has been a faculty member since 1998, following a 25-year career at Texas Instruments (TI) and other tech firms. His academic preparation includes a B.S. (1963) and M.S. (1966) in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Austin, respectively, and a Ph.D. (1969) in Electrical Engineering from UT Austin, focusing on ion cyclotron wave propagation in ionized gases.
