Nathalie Benesova is a Teaching Fellow in Management at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, where she contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate education in management disciplines. She joined the school in September 2020 and is actively involved in teaching, student supervision, and academic tutoring.
Her primary research and teaching interests lie in the areas of business ethics, social capital, trust, moral dilemmas, corruption, and sustainability. She is also engaged in teaching innovation and research philosophy, contributing to contemporary management education. Her interdisciplinary focus bridges ethical theory and practical management challenges in global business contexts.
Nathalie holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Huddersfield, an MSc in International Business with Finance, a BA(Hons) in European Business from the same institution, and a BSc in Business Economics from the Technical University of Liberec. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of several academic networks including the British Academy of Management, Irish Academy of Management, First International Network on Trust, and the Academy of International Business.
Nathalie plays a key role in student development, serving as an academic personal tutor and dissertation supervisor. She teaches across modules in management, personal and career development, and research methods. Her work in learning development and innovation, as well as quality assurance in international partnerships, enhances the educational experience at the Business School.
