His current project, 'Disposable Joes,' examines institutional failures in the Department of Veterans Affairs through the lens of 'slow debility,' analyzing how colonialism and militarism exacerbate health disparities among Guam's veterans. This project employs visual and participatory methods with disabled veterans to drive systemic change.
