Dr Natalya Sergeeva is an Associate Professor at The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College London. She serves as Associate Editor for Project Leadership and Society journal and sits on the Editorial Board of Project Management Journal. As Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she combines academic leadership with active global citizenship.

Her research explores how narratives shape organizational identity and drive innovation in project-based environments. Key areas include:
