Juliano Denicol

Dr Juliano Denicol is an Associate Professor at the The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction (University College London). He directs the Megaproject Delivery Centre and founded the MBA Major Infrastructure Delivery program. His global leadership roles include coordinating the Megaprojects SIG at the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and organizing the Megaproject CEO and IPMA Megaprojects Book Club platforms.

Denicol’s research focuses on megaproject governance, organizational design, supply chain strategies, and systems integration in major infrastructure. His work bridges project management theory with practical implementation, addressing critical challenges in megaproject delivery through collaborations with entities like the OECD, AECOM, and the European Commission.
