Nataly Gutierrez Vazquez is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, St. Thomas University, where she teaches 'Florida Condominium Law.' She holds a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University. As a partner at PeytonBolin PL, she specializes in complex condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, guiding clients through association law and governance compliance. Previously, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade, prosecuting criminal cases and training new attorneys.
Her research interests focus on condominium governance, association legal frameworks, and community management best practices. She conducts training sessions for board members and managers on legal compliance and proactive governance strategies.
