Natalja Zagura is a Lecturer in English Language and Teaching Methodology at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Arts and Humanities (Institute of Foreign Languages and Cultures). Her academic career spans over 15 years, including roles as Programme Director for BA and MA English Studies programs (2015–2019) and earlier administrative responsibilities. She holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature (2006) and is a doctoral candidate since 2008.

She also investigates communication strategies in multilingual settings and gender representation in media.
