Natalie Paleothodoros

Natalie Paleothodoros is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour, Theory and Technology at the University of York's School for Business and Society. Her research employs ethnographic approaches to examine how technology and spatial arrangements shape modern work organization, with particular focus on mobile work and boundary negotiation in digital environments.

Her investigations analyze how professionals navigate work/non-work boundaries using communication technologies, and how physical/digital workspaces influence knowledge worker mobility. Recent publications explore the sociomaterial constitution of boundaries in mobile consultancy contexts.
