Natalie Paleothodoros

Natalie Paleothodoros is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour, Theory and Technology at the University of York's School for Business and Society. She holds a PhD in Organisation, Work and Technology from Lancaster University and leads modules on Information Criticality and Management, Technology & Society.

Her research employs ethnographic methods to examine how technology and physical/digital spaces reshape work organization, particularly in mobile and digital contexts. Key interests include boundary negotiations between work and non-work domains, sociomaterial practices in consultancy, and implications of mobile technologies for professional identities.
