Nancy Watkins

Dr. Nancy Watkins is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), where she also serves as Director of the Ed.D. Program. With over 30 years of experience in K-12 education, she specializes in equity-driven leadership, educational policy, and curriculum design. Her research focuses on the intersection of teacher influence in policy-making, inclusive educational practices, and leadership development in diverse school environments.
