Nancy Hamler

Nancy Hamler is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Pacific University, contributing to the Physician Assistant (PA) program in Sacramento. She has been actively involved in teaching PA students since joining the university in 2020, alongside her clinical work in emergency medicine and complex internal medicine care.

Dr. Hamler’s research and scholarship focus on integrating nutrition and lifestyle interventions into clinical practice, emphasizing her motto, “Everybody Eats.”

She currently serves as California’s representative in the AAPA House of Delegates and previously held board roles for local and state organizations. Outside academia, she fosters special needs dogs and explores global cuisines through travel.
