Nana Anokye is a Professor of Health Economics at Brunel University London, where he leads the Brunel Global Health Academy and the Africa Regional Working Group. He serves as Health Economics Lead for the NIHR North West London Applied Research Collaboration and holds a Visiting Professor position at Imperial College London.

His research focuses on economic evaluation of public health interventions, particularly in physical activity, obesity, stroke rehabilitation, and financial incentives for maternal health. Recent publications span systematic reviews on obesity interventions in Africa, virtual gaming rehabilitation for stroke, and economic burden of multimorbidity. Notable awards include the Walduck Prize for Research Impact.
