Dr. Nam Nguyen is a Research Fellow at the Adelaide Business School, Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics, University of Adelaide. He serves as Director (Australia and Southeast Asia) of Malik, Switzerland, and as Director of Think2Impact Pty Ltd and SysPrac Pty Ltd in Australia. Dr. Nguyen co-founded the Systems Design and Complexity Management (SDCM) Alliance at the University of Adelaide and is currently an Honorary Fellow in the Business School.

- Recipient of the 2011 Australian Leadership Award
- Former Vice President of ISSS (2012-13, 2015-17) and IFSR (2014-16)
- Member of the Scientific Board of the Business Systems Laboratory, Italy
His research focuses on systems design, complexity management, and cybernetic approaches to organizational governance. He has extensive professional experience in international systems science societies and consults for leading institutions in Australia and Southeast Asia.
