Nalini Pather

Professor Nalini Pather is a leading academic in medical and health education at the University of Queensland's Medical School, serving as Director of the Academy for Medical Education. With over 25 years of experience, her expertise spans curriculum design, assessment strategies, and the integration of biomedical sciences into healthcare training. She champions digital innovation, inclusive education, and the ethical use of technology like AI in fostering future-ready professionals.

Her research focuses on cognitive load management, educational technologies, and macro/micro ethics in anatomical collections.
