Nakia Hamlett is the William Meredith Assistant Professor of Psychology at Connecticut College, where she has served since 2017. She also holds the position of Director of Faculty Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, working to develop inclusive policies and practices within academic affairs. Her role focuses on improving equity in classrooms, departments, and faculty committees.
