Nadelle Grossman is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Marquette University Law School, where she has been a faculty member since 2007. She teaches advanced courses in business associations, corporate governance, contracts, and contract drafting.
Her research focuses on corporate law, securities regulation, and business organizations, with a strong emphasis on fiduciary duties, strategic management, and governance reform. She has published in top-tier law reviews including the Georgia Law Review, Michigan Journal of Law Reform, and West Virginia Law Review.
Her recent scholarship explores trends in director responsibilities, the convergence of unincorporated entity laws, and the role of strategic disclosure in corporate governance. She frequently presents at national academic conferences such as the Midwest Law and Economics Association and workshops at institutions like Emory, Michigan State, and Wisconsin.
