Naaguesh Appadu is a Research Fellow at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) within the City, University of London, specializing in Finance. He holds a PhD and has been affiliated with the M&A Research Centre since 2010. His primary research focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Finance, Pension Liabilities in deals, and Strategic Management. He previously served as a lecturer/researcher at Middlesex Business School and held roles in financial services and consulting, including at Mergermarket and the State Bank of Mauritius.
