Dr. Xiaoke Ye is a Lecturer in the School of Management at the University of Liverpool, joining in September 2023. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Bayes Business School (City University of London, 2023) and prior studies at Bayes and the University of Cambridge. His research focuses on empirical corporate finance, including corporate governance, insider trading, network analysis, M&A, and supply-chain networks. He has taught at the University of Liverpool, LSE, and Bayes Business School, and served as a Stata instructor for Timberlake Consultants and data analyst for Smart Insider. He is a Fellow of the Advance Higher Education (FHEA, 2022).

Research interests span corporate governance mechanisms, analyzing insider trading behaviors, network effects in supply chains, and M&A dynamics. Professional Activities:
- Referee for journals including British Accounting Review, Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, and European Journal of Finance (2024–present)
Teaching includes postgraduate Corporate Finance modules at Liverpool and undergraduate/summer school courses in finance, econometrics, and business analysis at multiple institutions. His teaching qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (Distinction) and Associate Fellow status (AFHEA).
