Myrto Chliova

Myrto Chliova is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Aalto University School of Business since 2015. Her research focuses on leveraging entrepreneurship to address grand social challenges such as poverty, inequality, refugee crises, and authoritarianism. She teaches Social Innovation and Market Entry Strategies to MSc students.

Her research expertise spans emergent organizing, inclusive innovation, social entrepreneurship, diversity/equality/inclusion, and microfinance. Notable contributions include studies on organizational legitimacy in hybrid fields, founder roles in pay equity, and refugee entrepreneurship support frameworks.
