Myriam Baron

Myriam Baron is a Professor of Geography at Paris-Est Créteil University and a member of the Lab'Urba research team. Her work spans health geography, urban studies, and social vulnerability, with a focus on marginalized populations.

She received the First Prize for Educational Innovation in 2016 for leading the Master in Territories, Cities and Health. Her recent publications address healthcare access for homeless families, industrial disease legacies, sustainable cities for aging populations, and disciplinary structures in geography.
