Francesca Artioli is a Lecturer in urban planning and development at the University of Paris-Est Créteil, affiliated with the School of Urbanism and the Lab'Urba research laboratory. Her research focuses on the intersection of local public action, multilevel governance, and urban policy, particularly concerning housing, real estate management, and the regulation of tourist rentals in European cities.
Artioli’s work examines the disruptive impact of digital platforms like Airbnb on housing markets, with a focus on regulatory frameworks and implementation challenges.
