François Adoue is an independent consultant and researcher affiliated with the University of Paris-Est, as evidenced by his institutional email address. He earned his doctorate in urban planning and spatial planning from the University of Paris-Est in 2016, conducting his research at the LVMT laboratory under the supervision of Anne Aguiléra and Caroline Gallez.
His doctoral work, performed under a CIFRE industrial agreement with 6t-Bureau de recherche where he served as a consultant for ten years, examined the integration of digital technology in mobility patterns. Current research focuses on:
