Myles A. Brown is Emil Frei III Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Center for Functional Cancer Epigenetics at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. His research examines steroid hormone receptors in breast and prostate cancer progression and therapeutic resistance.
Research focuses on epigenetic regulation of hormone-dependent cancers, somatic mutations in receptors, and identifying new therapeutic targets through CRISPR screens and epigenomic profiling.
