Mustafa F. Özbilgin is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Brunel Business School, London, and Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion. He specializes in workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), with a focus on comparative and relational perspectives. His research spans global diversity management, refugee integration, AI ethics, and neurodiversity inclusion, supported by grants from ESRC, EPSRC, EU Horizon2020, and others. He has authored/edited over 20 books and 200 papers in top journals like Academy of Management Review and British Journal of Management.
