Mustafa Bulut

Mustafa Bulut is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Mistra Center for Sustainable Markets (Misum) and the Swedish House of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. His research focuses on empirical corporate finance, including initial public offerings (IPOs), spillover effects, innovation, corporate governance, and financial institutions.

He completed his PhD in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics and Swedish House of Finance. His work examines how market structures and policy interventions impact corporate behavior, with a particular emphasis on IPO dynamics and innovation ecosystems.
