Diogo Mendes

Diogo Mendes is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Department of Finance, Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), and a Researcher at the Swedish House of Finance (SHoF). He holds a PhD in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and was a visiting researcher at Imperial College London. His research focuses on empirical Corporate Finance, Financial Economics, and Development Economics, with notable projects including randomized controlled trials on financial education's impact on firm performance in Mozambique and analyses of financial constraints on corporate decision-making.
