Prof. Dr. Mustafa ÇOLAK is a distinguished Professor at Ankara Social Sciences University, Faculty of Law, where he serves as the Head of the Financial Law Department. With over 100 publications to his name, including numerous books and scholarly articles, he has established himself as a leading authority in Turkish tax law and financial regulation. His academic journey began at Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences, continued with a Master's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and culminated with a Doctorate in Financial Law from Istanbul University.
