Celil ŞAHİN is a Researcher in the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Ankara Social Sciences University, where he has been employed full-time since 2020.
His educational background includes a PhD in Public Law (2023) and a Master's degree in Public Law (2019) from Ankara Social Sciences University, Institute of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Dokuz Eylül University (2014-2018).
His research interests focus on Tax Law, Financial Law, Public Law, and Comparative Law. His doctoral thesis was titled "Tax Audit in Turkey and International Comparative Analysis".
He has served as an editor for the Ankara Social Sciences University Faculty of Law Journal in 2022 (two editorial roles recorded).
