Muhammad Aljukhadar is an Assistant Professor at HEC Montréal's Department of Marketing. His research focuses on digital marketing, consumer behavior in online environments, and the intersection of technology with consumer decision-making. He holds a Ph.D. in Administration from HEC Montréal, an MBA from Concordia University, and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Damascus University.
Aljukhadar teaches courses such as Digital Marketing (MARK 20118A) and Commerce de détail sur Internet (MARK 60106). His recent work explores topics including AI-driven trust in financial services, consumer responses to product design aesthetics, and pandemic vulnerability analysis. He has supervised multiple master's theses and projects, including studies on customer account interfaces and chatbot UX transformations.
His publications span journals like Journal of Place Management and Development, Baltic Journal of Management, and Computers in Human Behavior. Key themes include recommendation systems, social media engagement, and e-government service quality metrics.
