Mouhanad Khorchide

Prof. Dr. Mouhanad Khorchide is a Professor of Islamic Religious Education at the University of Münster, Germany. He holds leadership roles in the Cluster of Excellence as a Principal Investigator and serves on the General Assembly. His research focuses on Islamic religious education, Qur'anic hermeneutics, and Islam in Europe, with projects like 'What is preached in German mosques?' and 'Historically Critical Koran Commentary.'

Education: PhD in Islamic Theology (2008, University of Vienna), Master's in Sociology (2007, University of Vienna), and graduate degree in Islamic Theology (2004, Lebanon).
