Professor Moses Oludayo Tade is a John Curtin Distinguished Professor in the School of Minerals, Energy and Chemical Engineering at Curtin University. He holds academic appointments in the Faculty of Science and Engineering and serves in the Office of the Provost. His career spans over three decades with extensive leadership in higher education, strategic management, and research leadership in Chemical Engineering. He has supervised over 70 PhD students and research fellows, and is an External Examiner for global engineering programs and an International Accreditor for the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE). He founded the Asia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering and holds professional certifications including FIChemE, HonFIEAust, and CPEng.
Research Interests: Process modeling and control, fuel cell multiscale modeling, environmental catalysis, adaptive control systems, and reactive distillation technologies. His work integrates chemical engineering principles with sustainable energy and materials science.
Scientific Awards: Highly Cited Researcher (2019–2021), Fellowships in chemical engineering institutions, and recognition for contributions to energy and environmental systems.
Publications: Over 300 peer-reviewed articles in top journals like ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Power Sources, and Chemical Engineering Journal. Research focuses on photocatalysis, fuel cells, CO₂ fixation, and environmental remediation technologies.
Labs/Teams: Leads interdisciplinary teams in energy storage, catalytic materials, and sustainable chemical processes at Curtin University.
