Professor Morad Benyoucef is a Full Professor at the University of Ottawa, affiliated with the Telfer School of Management. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université de Montréal, an M.Sc. from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a B.Sc. from Constantine University.

Benyoucef's research spans interdisciplinary domains at the intersection of Computer Science and Business, focusing on Online Marketplaces, Social Commerce, and Data Monetization. His work examines Web 2.0 applications, e-health systems, and digital negotiation frameworks through both empirical and theoretical lenses.
Recent publications demonstrate expertise in Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Modeling, and Digital Commerce. His research program receives funding from NSERC CREATE, MITACS Accelerate, and NSERC Discovery Grants, with a focus on predictive analytics, social commerce platforms, and inside sales optimization.
