Mor Bakhoum

Dr. Mor Bakhoum is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, with affiliations as a Lecturer at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Université de Yaoundé II. His work bridges Competition Law, International Intellectual Property Law, and Economic Law, focusing on African legal frameworks, data governance, and innovation policies.
