Carolina Banda

Carolina Banda is a Doctoral Student and Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, specializing in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Her research focuses on legal challenges in the data-driven economy, including data protection, antitrust, digital health, and innovation policy.
