Moon Duchin is a Professor of Mathematics at Cornell University, affiliated with the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy and the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago (2005) and a B.A. from Harvard University (1998), focusing on Mathematics and Women's Studies. Her research bridges applied mathematics, voting rights, and data science for civil rights, with a focus on redistricting and equitable policy design.
