Monique Mohr

Dr. Monique Mohr is a Research Assistant at the Professorship of Work-, Organizational-, and Economic Psychology at Chemnitz University of Technology since September 2022. She earned her Ph.D. in 2022 from the University of Mannheim and previously served as a Research Assistant there from 2018 to 2022. Her research focuses on perfectionism, personality dynamics, employee well-being, stress and recovery processes, and the work-home interface.

Her publications explore how perfectionism and related traits influence workplace behavior, well-being, and performance. Recent works examine daily dynamics of perfectionism, excellencism, and psychological capital. She has presented at international conferences such as the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. Mohr also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for journals including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.
